That Eugene j Kuester, the Portland Manager, who engaged Mr. Bispham for a number o f concerts in the North west, has given Forest Grove preference to several other cities I anxious to secure this famous singer, is due to the fact that he feels, that owing to the nearness o f Portland and the chance to hear world famous artists, the people of Forest Grove are able to appreciate David Bispham’s offering.
